I'm so excited that you were curious about the program and landed here.
Whether you want to know the best food to manage your endo symptoms, are looking for a better understanding on the importance of managing your stress, or simply need a community of people to support you...I want to help you

Can I cure you? No. There is no cure for endometriosis. But what I can do is teach you a set of powerful tools to help best manage your pain and symptoms. The same kinds of tools I use every single day. The tools that finally gave me my life back.

Since we might be together for five weeks, you might be wondering who the heck I am. So...

I'm Jessica Murnane. Former designer/creative director/magazine contributor-turned-cookbook author/podcaster/founder of Know Your Endo.

Before I got here, I was a mess. I have Stage IV endo and it bullied me every single day. I was severely depressed and had lost pretty much all hope in getting better. At 33, my doctor told me I should get a hysterectomy, and I agreed with her (I didn't know everything I know now). But before my surgery, a good friend swooped in with another option. She suggested I change to a plant-based diet. I thought it was such a bad idea. How could she possibly think this diet could help me? Why didn't my doctor tell me about this? And cooking healthy food? Out of the question. I didn't even cook (or eat healthy). But I had nothing to lose, so I tried it.

Fast forward to today. I NEVER got the hysterectomy and now have a handle on my pain and symptoms. But it wasn't just the food. After changing my diet, I was able to start exercising again. I got into some real-deal stress management tools (my nickname used to be Stressica), and my mind was wide open for opportunity and possibilities (which led to the career change I wanted so badly).

I want to teach you everything I've learned over the past seven years. Everything. Because it wasn't easy. And I don't want you to struggle through it the way I did. I want to guide you and actually get you excited about all of these changes. Because when they work, it's the most exciting thing you'll ever feel.

One module will be released each week for 5 weeks, beginning February 9th. Every module will include an audio session (led by me) with a printable transcript. I included the transcript because everyone learns differently. Maybe you retain information better by reading. Maybe you'll want to read along as I talk. Maybe you want to print it out and make a big binder with your resources. You've got options.

In each module, I'll guide you through a new tool and give you an action plan and/or homework to complete. There will be a weekly live Q & A with me to answer any questions you have or address any challenges you're facing.

You'll also get to hear from experts along the way, with exclusive interviews and content they've created specifically for this course.

You can do this on your time and from wherever you choose. The content will be there for you when you're ready, and all of the live Q&As will be recorded so you can watch on your own schedule.

One of the things I'm most excited about is the community page. When's the last time you've been in a room where every single person has endo? It's never happened to me! We'll have people from all over the world taking this course, so there's a chance you can connect with people offline as well!

The community page will be a safe and private space to share your successes and challenges. It's also where we'll be hosting the live Q+A sessions, office hours, and bonus content and inspiration.

An important note: If you're not the sharing type, that's ok. You never have to say a word if you don't want to. But you will have to have a Facebook account to access it. Some of our members that aren't FB fans are creating alter egos/fake names just to join the community page, which is an awesome idea.

No matter how you want to hang in the community page, it's there to learn from others and to share
if you want to.

I want to take the course, but I'm really busy right now.
Can I fit it into my crazy schedule?

The beauty of the course is that you'll have access to it whenever it's convenient for you. We do recommend completing the modules while the course is in session to take advantage of the live Q&A sessions with Jessica...but even these will be recorded, and you can access them at anytime!

How do I know this will work?
You don't. I don't know either. Every single body is different. But what I do know is that these tools will give you a good foundation for feeling your best. I would ask yourself - if using these tools could make you feel even 20%, 30%, 50% better, would that be worth the effort? If the answer is yes, I would sign up. If the answer is no, this program is not for you.

What's your refund policy?
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, contact us in the
first 30 days - and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked. But you will lose access to the course and any remaining modules not released at time of cancellation.

Can I use my iPad/tablet?
Yes! The course is designed to work on any device you’re using. Learn the way that’s most convenient for you, when it’s convenient.

Can I give the course as a gift?
For sure! What a cool gift. Email us at hello (at), and we'll make it happen.

I'm not a vegetarian (and don't want to be). Should I still take this course?
Yes! I lay out a weekly plan to incorporate more plant-based foods into your day. But ultimately, you decide what you want to eat.
My goal is for you to find the best foods to manage your pain and symptoms.

I'm a transgender/non-binary/gender non-conforming person. Am I welcome?
YES. YES. YES. The program is designed for everyone that lives with endometriosis.

Any other questions?
Email them to hello (at)
